has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry.  Lee’s experience encompasses all areas of employer sponsored employee benefits from health and welfare benefit plans to retirement programs.

Ray Biggerstaff, C.L.U.,MBA, Vice President & 50% owner

has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry.  Ray has a deep understanding of the industry. Ray has a deep understanding of the industry and brings a unique perspective to many issues not recognized by other brokers.

Cheryl LaRoche, Senior Account Manager and Supervisor of the Account Management Team

has over 15 years experience in the insurance/benefits arena.  Her overall responsibility at CBC is to coordinate, train, oversee and run the day to day servicing of all our clients.
